my dad was working with st. literacy. they charged him $100, then later tried charging $150 for marketing. not sure if they will continue to try and charge him for other costs.  |

yes they will charge you again... trust me.. it was like 75 for a website to be made 150 for the first marketing attempt... and then if it doesn't sell to the big guys they ask you for 150 more for a second wave of people to look at your script.. and if it still doesn't sell they give you the chance to fire them.. or A go to another wave of trying to sell or work on a new project!
Seeing how i am with them right now... Here are my opinions... One.. they say they are timely... but updates dont come on time unless you bug them... they do have stuff that other people say about your script however you dont know if its true. you dont get any proof that the money you are sending in... is going for any of the cost or if anyone is really reading your script! It could be a scam... they are relitivly new... however.. Im looking for a new agent this time! Dont Think its fair to be charged what i am and not get complete updates about my work!

The S.T. Literary Agency is currently under investigation by the WGA. They used to be affiliated with the WGA prior to the start of charging writers fees.
Furthermore, they do no have any sound connection sin the industry as far as the selling of screenplays is concerned.

AN UPDATE!
Okay so i was a little thrown off by the fees and thought you know what why not go through the process and see where it leads.. STUPID THING TO DO! 500 Dollars later they wont even reply to a message... they have vanished from me.. my guess they know that by now im onto them... So if you are with this company.. Do not give in... i know your a writer and believe in your work.. as well you should... But this company is a scam.. i found out the hard way and now im trying to save you the grief!!!!!
