Screenwriter needed to take a novel and convert it into a movie. This is an action flick, with romance, time travel and historical Christian elements. Those applying must have experience with screenwriting. This cannot be your first attempt at screenwriting no matter how good you are at writing. There are very specific techniques needed to write a great screenplay. The estimated project will be around 120 pages in screenplay format. You will be provided with the novel in Word format. The novel and dialogue are written in such a way that it should be easy to convert to a screenplay. There will be a lot of cutting and pasting.
My main concern is that I have a writer that knows the ins and outs of screenwriting. I want the transitions and time lines to be perfect.
I have produced one low budget film called, "Evil Behind You." It's pretty bad, but for the budget it's a freaking masterpiece.
Please provide a sample of a screenplay project when submitting your proposed fee. This is a cash only ghost project. The screenwriter will not have any credits.
